Wayne Barkoff Obituary, A Chief Member of Somerdale Fire department Has Passed Away

Wayne Barkoff Obituary, Death- please accept my deepest condolences not just on behalf of myself, but also on behalf of everyone at the Somerdale Fire Department, as well as Wayne Barkoff’s friends and family. We must break the news to you with a heavy heart that Former Chief Wayne Barkoff has passed away. We are deeply sorry about this. We are going to break this news to you with a great deal of regret and pain in our hearts.

The Chief Barkoff passed away peacefully during the course of the night, without experiencing any issues. Over the course of more than forty years, he has been an active contributor to everything that we have worked toward achieving. He has been with us through thick and thin. In point of fact, he was one of the best at what he did and a true master of his craft. He demonstrated concern and compassion for the people he worked with, and he mentored a large number of young men in the skills necessary to become good leaders.

He played a crucial role in our organization and was an indispensable member. Because to his help, a significant number of our members were able to acquire the knowledge necessary to run the trucks and pumps. In point of fact, when it came to performing it, he was one of the greatest there has ever been. We have spent the past year diligently toiling away at restoring the Mack and supervising the development of our pole barn. Both of these projects have required a great deal of hard work.

We are all going to miss you very much, Wayne, since you have made an indelible mark on a big number of the other people who are a part of our club, and we are all going to miss you very much. Chief Wayne Barkoff, we pray that you have finally found the rest that you so well deserved, and that you will continue to watch over each and every one of us.
