Today, Madonna, one of the many great musicians whose early careers he helped start by taking a chance on them, paid tribute to him by writing the following on her Instagram account: “At that time in my life, he was without a doubt one of the most important people in my family and circle of friends.
He was also a very good friend. For him to do what he had set out to do, he had to make significant changes to and remake the universe in which I resided.”
