Her husband of 58 years, DW “Doc” Jones Sr., gave her a bonus son, DW Jones Jr., and wife Lisa, through whom God blessed Ellen with two bonus granddaughters, Shelby and Ashley Jones, and a bonus great granddaughter, Rayley Talley, whom she treasured. (Psalm 133) She moved to Bridgeport with Doc and reared their two cherished children according to God’s word. James “Paul” Jones and wife Judy, whom she adored as her daughter and who were at her side until her dying breath.

Snow Ford 2nd Advent Church and the Alabama Crimson Tide were her passions. She kept her faith through every hardship. She was a faithful Christian who found peace in Jesus Christ’s embrace. They also appreciate Dr. Holland for his tireless care of our mother and wife.
