Karissa Harms Obituary, 41-Year-Old Woman Killed In Panorama Bluffs Car Accident

Karissa Harms Obituary, Death – After further investigation, it was found out that the female driver whose name was released by the Kern County Coroner’s Office after her vehicle drove over the bluffs on Panorama Drive on Friday was a local resident. The name of the driver was released by the office after the vehicle’s driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
