Gordon McTaggart Obituary, Death – Gordon McTaggart. Gordon was a fantastic illustration of what it meant to be a husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He was a good example of all of these roles. Gordon passed away peacefully on March 26, 2023, in the familiar surroundings of his own house, with the loving members of his family by his side. Ann and John (Red) McTaggart welcomed their son Gordon McTaggart into the world on February 27, 1948, in the city of Prince George, British Columbia.
After that, in the year 1959, the family moved to Quesnel, and the home that Gordon and his brothers grew up in was located on Dale Lake Drive. Gordon’s life was driven by a number of interests and pursuits, the most important of which was his family. He also enjoyed every aspect of owning and operating his logging truck business, including driving. He held so many things in this world dear to his heart. In addition to that, he took pleasure in activities such as working with wood, going fishing and camping, and making the faces of other people grin and laugh.
Gordon was the kind of person that put in a lot of effort and found a great deal of satisfaction in everything he achieved, whether it was for himself or for other people. There was no such thing as a job that was unimportant or unimportant in nature. Gordon is survived by his loving wife Pattie; his children Tanya (Wayde) Joyal, Katherine McTaggart, Darci Kirk (Cory), his grandchildren Joshua, Mikayla, Jaxen & Kaysen; his brothers & sisters Sharron (Keith) Anderson, Linda (Ron) McKerlie, Ivan McTaggart, Glen (Ella) McTaggart, and Dale (Leian) McTaggart and numerous nieces and nephews.
