Fatal Car Accident in CT Last Night Death – On Friday evening in Bridgeport, there was an accident that included many automobiles, which ultimately led to the death of a female victim. On Linen Avenue, shortly before 6:30 o’clock in the evening, everything began when a Nissan Pathfinder traveling in the other direction, toward the west, rear-ended a Honda CRV that was traveling in the opposite direction, toward the east.
The force of the collision was sufficient to carry the CRV forward, where it collided with at least three parked autos in addition to the path of an approaching Dodge Charger. Once it was discovered that the driver of the CRV was Gladys Andrade of Bridgeport and that she was 74 years old, she was transferred to Bridgeport Hospital, where she finally succumbed to her injuries and died from her injuries.
The family and friends of Gladys Andrade are in the thoughts and prayers of the Bridgeport Police Department at this time, as said in a statement that was issued by the Bridgeport Police Department. Both of the men who were behind the wheel of the vehicles that were involved in the accident were transported to Bridgeport Hospital for medical attention.
The man who was driving the Pathfinder was 22 years old and a resident of Bridgeport, and the man who was driving the Challenger was 27 years old and a resident of Bridgeport.
