Brenda Jackson Obituary, Los Angeles, CA, Lifelong Resident Has Sadly Passed Away

Brenda Jackson Obituary, Death – Brenda Arnette Jackson, who was born on August 19, 1956, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and is also known by her nickname “Sexy,” has reached the age of 65 years old. She has spent her whole life in the Lake Charles area, where she is currently employed as the Director of the Children’s Department at Reeves Temple CME,

where she has also held positions as a member of the Senior and Special Event Choir, as a Stewardess, as the President of the Pastor’s Aid Board, and as the President of the Prayer Ministry at Reeves Temple CME. Before this, she was a part of the Evergreen Baptist Church; however, she moved her membership to the Reeves Temple CME after some time had passed.

In addition to her tenure at Boeing Aircraft, Brenda worked for the Calcasieu Parish School Board for more than nineteen years. In that capacity, she served as an employee. While she was working at Certinteed, she launched her career in the construction industry at the facility.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Hilliary Jackson Jr.; her daughter, Cidra Jackson; her bonus daughter, Bianca Perkins; her bonus granddaughter, Erin Williams; her sisters, Vera Walls, Lillie Mae Gardner, and Denise Spencer; and her goddaughter, Toyia Welcome. In addition, she is survived by her bonus granddaughter, Erin Williams. All of these folks will hold on to her memory with great respect.

Her siblings John Isaac and Debra Gardner, bonus mother Lucille Conway, brother-in-law Gary “Ray Boy” Jackson, and close friend Joe Mitchell all passed away before her. She was the last surviving member of her family. Her brother Edward Williams Jr. and both of her parents, Irvin and Emma Dell Syas Gardner, had already passed away before she did. In addition to her, she has siblings named John Isaac and Debra Gardner.

On Saturday, her visitation will begin at 9 AM, and the funeral service will begin at 11 AM. Both events will take place at First New Life Missionary Baptist Church, which is led by Pastor Dwight Barker. Both events will last until 11 AM. Pastor Maffei Prejean will serve as the one in charge of presiding over the event.
